1. How much is the final estimated cost of the house?
The final price of the house includes the product price, shipping, duty, and other fees. House price: You can contact us to get the price list of different model houses. Shipping cost: We have two ways to ship: the whole house shipment in 40 FR and parts shipment in 40'HQ, and the shipping cost will vary greatly depending on the destination.
Duty: Different regions have different import duties on Chinese products. The HS Code of our house is 940690; you can check it by yourself.
2. Do I need a permit to put this on my property?
Yes, you probably will. You can reach out to local municipalities or a general contractor to help with this. Our recommendation is a general contractor because they can also help with the foundation and installation of utilities. It will be imperative to find out what zoning and building permits, if any, are required for your location. Permits can range from simple and inexpensive to complex and expensive.
3. Installing Utilities?
Plumbing, electricity, and HVAC all come pre-installed in your Guest Home from the factory. Utilities simply plug in on-site to the exterior of the Guest Home. We recommend you have a professional contractor on site to get everything installed correctly upon delivery.
